1. FY 2022 Audit Report: Auditors will present annual audit report and findings. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (5-10 min)

2. Revised Policy Change Proposal for Foster Care Grants: Staff will outline revisions to a proposal to change eligibility requirements for children and families served in PCL-funded foster care programs based on Allocation Committee feedback at the February meeting. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment, and vote. (10-15 min)

3. Large Grant Renewal Decisions: Staff will provide an overview of the renewal process and present renewal grant recommendations by program area. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment, and vote. (30-40 min)

4. Community Council Update: Staff will summarize the Council’s March meeting. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (5 min)

5. Event Sponsorships: Staff will outline the past sponsorship program and plans to restart. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (5 min)

6. Grantee Partner Video: PCL worked with BRAVO Youth Orchestra to produce a video about their afterschool program that’s included in the 2023 community report published the week of April 10.
