1. Community Engagement Plan: PCL is beginning a community engagement process to inform priorities for the next competitive funding in fall of 2024. Consultants Camille Trummer and Dr. Tanisha Woodson will present the plan and timeline for the community engagement process. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (60 min)
2. Preview of Upcoming Funding Process Planning, Implementation and Timeline: Staff will provide a high-level overview of the steps and timeline for funding round planning and launch in 2024, including planned Committee and Community Council meetings. 3. Community Council Update: Staff will introduce the new PCL staff member supporting Community Council, summarize the Council’s November meeting and planned work for the near term. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (15 min)
